Lou Allgayer of Elmwood received the Lower Platte South Natural Resources District Tributary Award. The award recognizes people or groups that further the NRD's mission and vision for protecting natural resources. Allgayer was honored for his on-going effort to store and use stormwater runoff at an apartment complex he owns in Elmwood.
