CEMETERY ACCESS DISPUTE in court – Queen Hill Road is vacated and barricaded (left) on the east side of Rock Bluff Cemetery and there is no access to the pedestrian gates on the east side when the road gate is locked. A private property owner to the north of the cemetery has placed a rope (right) across the driveway which prevents access to a larger entry gate to the cemetery which is a couple hundred feet down the driveway.
